So you would like to attach your Ipad device onto your wheelchair so that you can take it on the go. If you are able to connect your device to your wheelchair, it will allow you to set the Ipad in place while you are propelling the chair without worrying about it falling and breaking.

There are many different device attachments for wheelchairs that are available for wheelchair users. Some devices allow you to adjust the size of the clamp to be able to fit anything from smartphone or table device. Some of them come with a movable arm that allows the user to move the device back and forth in front of them.

If you are used to using your tablet device for long periods of time, you may have noticed that it gets pretty tiring to hold on to the tablet after a certain amount of time. This is where a tablet holder comes in handy, because it allows you to be hand free without having to hold the tablet in place. You can swing away the device when not in use to get it out of the way.

Clamp

This is the most commonly found attachment type for devices. It will allow you to set the device in place and adjust a vice like grip that will hold it in place. This is a much more secure version of this device, the suction cup may not be as useful.

Suction Cup

Some tablet device holders come with a suction feature that allows you to place the table onto the attachment without having to clamp it down. This may be dangerous if you are used to propelling and using the table at the same time.

Arm

There are also “straps” that you can wear on your arm to be able to hold the Ipad in place. This would work better for Iphones or similar smart phones, a tablet may be too large to attach to your arm.
