Please refer to the warranty card included with your product for full details. Warranty is void on wheelchairs that have had the serial # tag removed and/or altered. If a recall or field action is issued, Karman will identify affected units and notify your dealer with instructions for resolution.

Who is Eligible?
TThe warranty applies only to the original purchaser upon the original delivery of the product and is not transferable.
Warranty Claim Requirements
To process a warranty claim, one of the following must be provided:
- A Warranty Registration Card on file, or
- A copy of your purchase invoice with the purchase date
Warranty Start Dates
- For consumers: begins on the date of purchase
- For resellers: begins on the invoice date from Karman if not yet sold to a consumer
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
- Contact your authorized Karman dealer where the item was originally purchased.
- Dealer will assist with evaluation and next steps.
- All warranty repairs or replacements require prior authorization from Karman.
- Products must be shipped with prepaid freight, unless otherwise instructed.
Karman may issue a call tag when appropriate and depending on the situation.
What’s Not Covered
Please note that the warranty does not cover the below items. They are the responsibility of the product owner:
- Normal wear-and-tear parts (e.g., upholstery, tires, arm pads, grips)
- Damage due to improper use, accidents, neglect, or improper storage
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Products with altered or removed serial number tags
- Cosmetic damage not affecting function

I have a lightweight wheelchair S/N BR2101534 that I purchased on August 5 , 2021 and I need a very small crescent shaped metal part that is cast metal and works in the left brake assembly as a stabilizer bar. It broke in two pieces and the left brake does not work very well if at all. If I can get the inch long part I can easily install it myself since I have the required wrenches.
