Free Shipping
We offer free standard ground shipping on all wheelchairs over $199.99 within the continental United States. Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges. Please call us a call to receive a custom shipping quote before placing your order.

Order Processing & Delivery Time
Most in-stock items ship via FedEx or UPS and typically arrive within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order leaves our warehouse. If you need more specific shipping information before placing your order, please give us a call.

Freight Shipping for Large Items
Some larger products (such as Standing Wheelchairs, Power Wheelchairs, and non-folding Active Wheelchairs) ship via a freight carrier. If you have questions about freight delivery, feel free to call us before ordering.

• Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days after leaving our warehouse

• The freight company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery time that works for you

• Delivery will be made to a local freight terminal or curbside, depending on the carrier

Expedited Shipping
Next Day and 2nd Day shipping are available on select items. To receive an expedited shipping quote, please give us a call.

Shipping Outside the United States
At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you are traveling to the U.S. or live outside the U.S. and would like an order delivered within the U.S., please contact us. You may ship your order to a friend, family member, or freight forwarder located in the U.S., who can then ship it to you.
