We want you to be completely satisfied with your Karman Healthcare purchase. Following the below instructions ensures your return is processed efficiently. Failure to do so may result in delays or denial of credit.
If you purchased from a local provider or online dealer, please contact your dealer directly for their return policy and process. Each authorized reseller has their own procedures and Karman cannot issue refunds for purchases made through them. If you purchased directly from Karman Healthcare, Inc.:

If your shipment is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please follow these steps immediately. Claims made after two (2) business days may not qualify for replacement or credit.
You must obtain an RMA number from Karman Healthcare before returning any item. Returns received without an RMA will not be accepted. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return box. Issuing an RMA does not guarantee credit. Credit is provided only after Karman receives and approves the returned product according to this policy.
To obtain an RMA:
If your return is due to an error made by Karman Healthcare and all items on the invoice are returned, Karman will credit any original freight and handling fees.
