Larry Skopnik may be a paraplegic, but he did not let that keep him from stopping a robbery. A thief tried to use a bogus $50 bill at a Vancouver store. When the clerk refused it, the theif tried to rob the place. That’s when the wheelchair-bound Larry leaped into action. He reached opened the counter door and pulled the thief to the ground to keep him from escaping. He then stayed on top of the thief while others in the store joined him in stopping the thief from leaving. Watch the video to see how it all went down!
