Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. Checks and money orders are accepted, but you
must call in your order. Please note that when making payment by check we cannot ship your purchases until the
funds clear our bank, a process that will add additional time to the delivery of your order.

Shipping
All orders are shipped FedEx unless another method is requested. Please allow an additional 24 hours for any
online orders. All shipments for online orders are for delivery during the Monday thru Friday business week. There
is no option on the shopping cart for Saturday, Sunday or Holiday delivery. All shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable. Any orders that include a back ordered item will be shipped once all items are in stock unless a
request for shipment of all-instock items is made (additional charges may apply) please call for details. We ship to
all 50 US states only. Any duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. CA residents add 8.25%
sales tax.· All rates include insurance. Please e-mail or call us for a quotation. · Orders usually ship the next day if
placed before 3pm PST. · Extra shipping changes will be notified via email to customers, if any. · Sorry, we
currently do not deliver to P.O. Box or international address. However, please contact us for possible alternatives.

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and offer a 7 days customer satisfaction guarantee. If
for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we accept returns under the following circumstances:Product
is unused, clean and not damaged. Must have original packaging and materials. Product must arrive at vendor
within 14 days from customer receipt of item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, plus
15% restocking fee. Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will be refused and returned to
sender at sender's cost.You must obtain a RMA before returning any product.  Please send an email to
knhcsd@yahoo.com, or karmanhc@yahoo.com, or karmaninfo@yahoo.com,  to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. No credits are issued for
products returned without a Return Authorization.  Please have the following information on hand when asking for
an RMA number: customer name, order number, and the nature of the problem. We reserve the right to reject any
returned product for health safety reasons or if we find the product in other than new condition.  Certain products
such as bath and hygiene products, pillows, etc. are non-returnable.  Power products such as Power wheelchairs
and scooters are non-returnable.  Mattresses, ramps, cushions, custom wheelchairs and other custom equipment
or furniture are also non-returnable. Returns must be 100% complete, in re-sellable condition, and must include
original packing material, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Damaged Products
When you receive your product you should first open and inspect the contents for damages. If you receive a product
and discover a missing part, damaged part or incorrect part, contact us as soon as possible. In some cases
products are replaced free of charge and in some cases we simply send you a missing or defective part. Products
should be inspected within 7 days of receipt.

Cancellations
We ship products very fast. If you need to cancel an order, you must cancel as quickly as possible. If it has shipped,
it is no longer a cancellation; it is a return and will be treated as described in the Return Policy. Never refuse a
product you ordered. Please follow instructions in the Return Policy above.

Warranty
All products we sale are covered by the manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties vary, and are included
with your products. Most of our products have manufacturers warranty information included in the online product
descriptions. Please review the information you receive with your products for more information. If you purchase a
product from us that include a warranty card, it must be filled out and mailed to the address shown on the card for
the warranty to be in effect. Karman Healthcare shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential
damages, including without limitation, lost revenues, lost profits or loss of prospective economic advantage,
